Weird and ego-maniacal behaviour yes, but I don't get how it's cheating. Chelsea were never ahead in that game, so why would he want to time-waste?
I don't think it was time-wasting as such.
He must have known he was injured. If he stayed off the pitch, play would continue with Chelsea having 10 men. If he crawled back on, the ref would stop play when appropriate, giving some down-time for a sub to be prepared.

On Monday the Independent said he was offered to Newcastle by his agent,but they said no thanks.Hasn't Pato already signed for Liverpool, United and about 10 other clubs in the past few weeks? Someones agent is busy.
