He bloody needs to be starting games for us. The number of times you see Aguero up top on his own barely getting a kick of the ball as he's surrounded by about 3 defenders. Iheanacho not only frees up space for him but they have a great understanding together. He is far too good to be used as a last 10 minute panic sub from Pellegrini.

It'd scare the shit out of some teams. They wouldn't know what to expect and he's shown time and time again he has the quality to back it up.

If you are given small minutes and provide like he has, you should be given a chance.

Got a good half an hour today. Not a 10 minute sub, and if you actually look at it you can see the management are carefully bringing him into the team over the season. And I'm sure they have their reasons for doing that and not just chucking him.

When coming on against tired defenders he's particularly dangerous, but that doesn't mean the same will happen when he plays from the beginning, in fact he's done more in his shirt cameos from the bench than he is done in 4 starts.

We looked awful as a 442 vs. Palace as well. Aguero only came into that game when we switched to 1 up front.

dodgy control a few times but I totally agree he needs to play more. He scared their defence and created the goal for aguero, albeit with a bit of luck. He could be a gem. He seems to be getting more game time and hopefully that continues.

he got 17 mins no?

It seems Aguero and Iheanacho have a natural synergy on the pitch.

For all the money players cost and as great they are as individuals getting the best out of those players requires a balanced side.

Silva struggles for space in that position and were not seeing the best of him and Aguero looks isolated for long periods.

Iheanacho, even when West ham, were dropping deeper found space and was prepared to run at the back four and role the ball into Aguero and play off each other.

The second goal people have said is fortunate, but if you have players in those areas the likelihood of the ball falling to you is increased. Iheanacho busts a gut to get in the box where Silva is more passive and is less likely to get in those positions.

He's being managed the right way I'd say. No need to rush it, though I would like to see him getting longer than he got today.

I seriously don't think he even considers him for league matches and I doubt he ever will. He's young and his transfer fee wasn't high enough, regardless of results he'll keep running Bony out there.

I really don't buy this "managed the right way" stuff people say. When Bony is fit he doesn't even make the bench and Pellegrini only throws him on when we're in the shit as a last roll of the dice. He's proven to play very well with Aguero. Any other manager would notice this and give them a few games together to see what happens.

wait until Bony is fit again and iheanacho wont even make the bench
Him and aguero are like each other's shadows, they link up so well
Like magnets. Bony may aswell be in a fucking wheelchair with two broken legs for all the use he is

Come on pal you cannot actually believe he is getting short, sporadic run outs because 'were managing' him.

Its because of the managers natural reluctance to try something different or put faith in young players.
