Browser: Fans will be allowed to visit the match "Dinamo"-"Manchester City"

Will be soon officially announced that the match 1/8 finals of the Champions League Dynamo-Manchester City will take place in the presence of the fans, "Browser".

According to the newspaper, when the decision was taken into account that the Kyiv Club has done a great deal of work after the incident with the beating of black fans. In particular, one of the perpetrators had already been convicted and received a suspended sentence.
Besides, for the match with the audience expressed their fans and even Manchester City Guide, which should become an additional factor for decisions in favor of the Dynamo.

We remind that Dynamo was punished when a match holding empty bleachers for fans ' behavior during the meeting of the Champions League against Chelsea. Kiev Club lodged an appeal, which should announce soon.

As the new police will work on Ukrainian stadiums

Who beat black fans at olimpiyskiy

So now it will be likely that it is too late for Blues fans to get visas etc and travel.
City fans punished again...... home fans allowed in again.....

You don't need a visa for Kyiv, it's a truely fantastic City and if I hadn't promised to take the misses to Vienna that weekend I'd certainly go.
It's not the friendlies and I imagine the football would make it less so.
Hotels are very expensive and in the main pretty shite.

However, the atmoshere in the City is good and locals are friendly, again this may well be different for a game.

It's a pretty big city but nightlife is fairly centralised. It is fucking freezing as the central area sits at the top a hill.

Some of the bars and restaurants are top notch.

It will be turned over the day before, City fans can't get over so Kiev give the away end to the home fans.

UEFA don't half make things difficult for themselves. Surely the best solution for banning the fans is to make the team play both legs at the oppositions ground & ban the away fans.

If it gets overturned and City fans don't have enough time to make plans, we should not allow any Kiev fans in at City.

This trip is an absolute must for any single guys or blokes who are married and fancy an away win. The local women are very welcoming to English speaking gentleman.

I was one of the four hundred or so whe went to the UEFA cup and would recommend it to anyone.

The locals are pretty friendly, like spain but with the same small minority who like to collect a flag.

The bars are excellent and their is plenty of sightseeing. Relatively cheap also.

Unless things have changed we did not need a visit so not sure what all this about Uefa stitching us up.

Money I would've spent going over to Kiev has now been spent going to Malaga. Not too helpful now...

Been there four times with England. Would definitely go if they allow tickets. Better in the summer but still a decent city to visit. I wouldn't be surprised if UEFA overturn the ban. It's impossible to second guess that bunch though.
