Post Match Thread: City vs Everton

I see so after you've insulted me you want to discuss some matter of football. We've just got to Wembley and you're abusing other blues. Goodnight, and think on about doing that again. Zero respect for behaviour like that
Nope. I'm going to bed happy. It's easy if you try.

FFS. It's not only me that says it Marvin. Do you not look at the replies many people make to your constant negativity. It's really not normal.
What's normal? Slagging other members off for expressing a football opinion. How boring this place would be if we were to all agree

Just wanted to add kudos to Michael Demichelis for his play tonight. He had his best game by far. He is still half a step slow, but did a great job heading crosses out of the penalty area all game. So glad to see Yaya go off. He just slows the game too much although he did play better than normal tonight. City just cannot afford to have one player contribute only 10 minutes a game. In last week's game v. West Ham, Yaya came alive for the last 10 minutes. Before that he would take a pass and then pass backwards most of the time. Way too slow.

City's winning ways come with a speedy transition from defense, through the midfield, and on to the three K's -- Kun, Kevin, Kelechi. Back of the net!!

Loved tonight we deserved it over the 2 legs without doubt and it's back to reality for them scouse rats always love beating everton happy days. And the atmosphere was good tonight roll on wembley

Marvin was not at all impressed with the atmosphere.

I bet he did all he could to enliven it around where he was sat.

The fouls Atkinson let Everton get away with trying to snatch a goal near the end of the game were a disgrace. De Bruyne was fouled in control of the ball when he was injured, when was elbowing an opposing player in the back of the head and the player controlling the ball's foot allowed to be whisked away anything but a free kick, Jesus knee was swiped at and hacked when in control of the ball and Zabaletta had two Everton players blatantly hack him when he was controlling the ball and again no free kick. Well done City, another Wembley final and it's despite of devious referees like Atkinson and that is why our forum is proliferated with the names of dodgy, cheating referees before our game.

Referee had a remit.
Merseyside final at all costs.
Unlucky you bent fuck.
(not you mate,the ref)

I only seen the highlights, I thought Raheem looked fantastic tonight. Measured, controlled and full of energy and enthusiasm. If he continues more like this we have some player to savour.

Spot on....when he starts running at defenders they look scared stiff....so much potential.
