Do people still seriously actually rate him?

He's one of the worst players we've ever had. Can't defend, can't attack, can't pass, can't cross, can't shoot, can't tackle, can't head... should I go on?

I wouldn't even mind if he tried, but he doesn't, just waddles round the pitch without a care in the world.

Even had my United mates texting me saying "forgot how bad Kolarov is" pissing themselves.

And giving him the armband over Hart/Zab was an absolute disgrace.

The guy next to me can't stand him, and I'm forever being Bastard Advocate and singing his praises! But today was a rank performance. Why does he have to try and kill someone every time he crosses the ball. No one's gonna try and get their head on those crosses whenever they didn't end up in Row G of the first tier. He put in one decent cross today and the strikers were ahead of it and the cavalry were still watering their fuckin' horses!
 
Utterly useless today in every single aspect of his game

You could have dragged in a left back from a pub team on Hough End and he'd have done better than that clown today

However he shouldn't have been playing in the first place so the manager is just as much to blame
 
He shouldn't have started today. Hung out to dry by the manager simple as that. He didn't look fit, he's already slow and Clichy was waiting in the wings. I'd have him ahead of Clichy around 60% of the time, but never with demichellis and Yaya in the same time and never against teams who are notoriously quick on the counter.
 
Can't believe him and Clichy are still our leftbacks, both have always been poor and are only getting worse. Today was terrible though, he wasted so many great opportunities
 
gonna get probably 200 games for city in all comps, crazy complacency from city with the full back positions, allowed them all to age and the ones on the left to get away with OK to awful performances for like 3 years.
 
Fair play to the lad. Can't be easy finding a defenders leg virtually every time like he did today although he did get past him on a couple of occasions......as well as everyone else as well.

Rubbish and gone come the summer.
 
We've all criticised him, and there's no reason not to.
Why we haven't gone for a better LB I really do not know.
Angelino should be playing more than Kolarov does.
 
Bollocks. There were a lot worse than him. No point crossing a ball to no ****. Can't remember how many times he got the ball wide today, only to look up and see no fucker in the box.

He's absolutely a million miles away from the worst player we've had......?not even the worst in the starting 11 today.
 
Hung out to dry by his manager. His job when playing, especially at home is to play as an almost auxiliary winger, that obviously is going to leave him exposed defensively, even more so against a pacy in form winger, when he does get the ball who exactly is he supposed to pick out? There's never anybody in the box, he often deliberately aims for the first man in order to get a corner as it's preferable to hitting it into an empty box. You could see his frustration in the first half when he was gesturing for people to get in the box for him to try and pick out. He'll be vital for us when Pep comes in.
