Is this anything to do with the nylon weave in our pitches? The turf simply doesn't give like it used to...Even Pep won't be able to do anything with us with injuries like this, nobody could, there is something seriously wrong in training or preparation. Am I right in thinking this started when we moved from Carrington ?
#It's almost like fucking witchcraft. This is what we've lost so far:
Nasri - 7 months (including current injury)
Delph - 6 months (including current injury)
Kompany - 5 months
Zabaleta - 4 months
Clichy - 4 months
Bony - 4 months (3 seperate injuries)
Mangala - 4 months (3 seperate injuries including current one)
Aguero - 3 months
De Bruyne - 2 1/2 months (including current injury)
Silva - 2 months
That's 10 players, including 7 first choice starters, out for a total of 41 months....or 3 1/2 years. Genuinely incredible and completely unprecedented
Delph injured now.
However, David Silva has been passed fit following treatment in Spain for an ongoing ankle problems and Vincent Kompany, the captain, returns to the squad for the first time since a recurrence of a calf injury on Boxing Day.
“It’s difficult when you have so many players injured in the same position. We must try to manage with the players we have,” Pellegrini added.
“David has been playing with a problem with his ankle for the past four or five games but I hope now he will be better.
“Vincent is coming back from a long injury and is another important player for our team so hopefully we can have a good performance.
This post is hilarious lolI genuinely believe that due to the spot light constantly being on our club from UEFA and the media coupled with our desire to do everything in a transparent way, we are probably one of the only Premier League teams who aren't doping.
Doctors who have led doping operations in cycling and other sports say it's impossible to detect doping if done professionally.
Just look at our injuries compared to Liverpool in 13/14, Chelsea last season and Leicester this season. It is absurd.
Leicester, a team rock bottom of the League this time last year. All of the sudden they can miraculously sprint through brick walls for 90 minutes week in week out, without sustaining any injuries, without showing any signs of fatigue in game. No fitness regime can make a 29 year old Vardy sprint at 20mph for 90 minutes.
Ridiculous from you. This was recorded almost at the same time that Pellegrini had his presser and by that time no one knew Delph was injured.Don't worry about it -- Craig Burley of ESPNFC says we should still start Delph in place of Yaya anyway . . . or maybe -- just maybe -- this "professional football pundit" didn't know Delph was injured. He gets PAID for this! PAID!

This quote sums up the season, Pellegrini: "We started the season with Vincent, Silva, Toure and Aguero all of them playing in the first four games. After that, for different reasons, this is the first time they will play again together."
Just waiting for the next injury to be announced now.
Equally strange, still letting Roberts go out on loan, after we lost KDB long term?Absolute farce.
Still a long way to go in the season, yet, too.
Why we didn't go for reinforcements in January is baffling!
This post is hilarious lol
It is but it can also be genuine. Who knows...It is a bit suspicious that a 29 year old can be stronger and faster than he's ever been before.
