I think the most likely to go as others have said will be
Demichelis
Yaya
Bony
Kolarov
And one other Sagna or Zabba.

I think it will only be 4 or 5 changes to start with. Coming in then
CB
Midfielder
Creative forward of some kind
R wing back
L wing back. Interesting to see if that is what happens or if people get used in different positions. Could see VK or Oto being moved to midfield position even. No idea though really just speculating.

Having thought on it, i now think that it will go something lke this:

BUY:
Gundogan
Weigl/Dahoud?
Laporte
Bernat
Sane
David Villa?
Valdes?

SELL:
Yay
Martin
Bony
Aleks
Gael
Willy
Navas
Mangala?

Promote:
Gunn
Denayer
Angelino
Barker?

Team might look like this
Hart
Zab Kompany Laporte Bernat
Gundogan
Dinho Silva
Sterling Kun De Bruyne

Valdes
Sagna Denayer Nico Angelino
Weigl Fernando Delph
Sane Kelechi Nasri

IMO:

Keepers:

Dickie Wright in getting a bit old and probably needs replacement. The other two will stay.

Backs:

Won't see much change here, apart from a new left back (he might possibly promote Angelino) and Denayer in for Demichelis.

Central Midfield:

Where we'll see the biggest change. A group of Fernandinho, Yaya, Fernando and Delph doesn't seem quality enough. Yaya and one of Fernando and Delph to go (I'd say Fernando), to be replaced by Pogba/Gundogan and a defensive midfielder who's not as limited as Fernando.

Attacking Midfield:

Can't see much change here. I think he'll keep both Navas and Nasri for the time being, whilst Sterling, Silva and De Bruyne are pretty much set in stone.

Strikers:

Bony to be sold for someone who isn't lazy and with half decent movement.

With a DM sitting in front of him and with Pep moulding him, Mangala could become world class. He has all the physical and athletic ability.

True, he is only 25 (today's his birthday) which some people including myself seem to forget. Under a tactical manager he could improve as you've said and I hope he does.

We can all be sure that players like Fernando, Bony, Kolarov and clichy doesn't suit Pep at all. Yaya and Demi are already leaving so there will no doubt there but these slow, uncreative player will have to get new clubs. People saying Fernando can stay needs to look at how he currently looks at defensive mids and compare. Can fernando put a 50 yard pass? no. Can he pass a cutting one through someones midfield? no. he doesn't suit it all. We will be needing 3-6 signings (Including youth) to fill out and lower the average age of our squad now... We are old.

The pivote will not be Fernando IMO. Maybe Denayer or A Garcia but I suspect we'll buy someone to play there.

Out: Yaya (32), Demichelis (35), Bony (27), Clichy/Kolarov (30) and Fernando/Delph

In: Neymar (24), Gundogan (25), Stones (20), Gaya (20)

Hopefully Guardiola will find room for Denayer too

If he sells the two of Toure and Fernando he will buy two central midfielders. Denayer will be in for Martin and i think we wont buy another Cb.

Did improve Boateng who was similar.
God no. Boateng is nothing like Mangala. They are almost mirror opposites. Boateng is soft, Mangala is hard. Boateng is confident on the ball Mangala is anything but. Mangala us high energy, Boateng is low energy. If you had a mix of Boateng and Mangala's strengths, you might have the best defender in the world.

Stones could play in that defensive midfield role, we'd also have Gundogan, Fernandinho, Delph and Bersant Celina who should be promoted from the academy. Might also play a 3-6-1 so having 5 CBs for three central defensive spots makes sense.

Yaya and Otamendi will be the first two big casualties imo. MDM to move back home. Then a refresh of the fullbacks. Fernando has done his job and doesn't deserve to be sold. Can only see him being in trouble if Pep decides to convert the likes of Zab or Otamendi into a holding midfielder.
Sorry mate, I was tired when I read that. Otamendi in my opinion is going no where this summer. He is our best CB.

I like the he young kid 'name escapes me now' who is in the eds. Can play CB or DM.

No worries. All about opinions. I just don't think Pep will be too pleased with his erratic at best positioning and at 28 i can't see him changing, it's not a case of him making mistakes like Mangala, it seems ingrained into him. Maybe shipping him out after 1 season is a bit much but i can't see him being a pep favourite, I see Mangala and Kompany as first choice with Denayer hopefully pushing them both for a starting spot.
