Mark Clattenburg

I had a good view of it at the game and simply could not understand what the hell Clattenberg was doing pointing at the spot as I saw no infringement. Have just seen the replays of the inicident and it is a criminal decision: aside from the fact that it was not handball, the referee was not in a position to see clearly where the ball hit Sterling. I realise this has already been discussed but I just had to register my incredulity at this. Up to that point, and indeed until their second, Spurs did not look like scoring and without Spurs getting the ref's help, City were more likely to score first.
That decision and East's decision not to award us a pen against Everton are two of the worst decisions I have ever witnessed. It's robbed us of four points, and that's not to mention Aguero vs Leicester away and Zab and Fernandinho vs Leicester at home.

I bet you believe that 9/11 was down to Saddam as well dont you ?

I quite liked the late Bowie stuff but I think he was at his best around the Low period, Ziggy was exceptional of course....we are just posting random stuff with no bearing on the subject now yeah?

This is my 45th year going to the games watching City, and it's my last. Today's blatant corruption, on top of what happened last week, the Everton games, and so on (just since Christmas), it's become blatantly clear that we will not be allowed to win the league. Fuck that, I'm done.

Hear hear.

He thought it was a penalty. He made a mistake

He has to be 100% sure that it was a penalty, not THINK it is. He didn't see the incident from his position. Even Danny Murphy on MOTD2 said he couldn't have seen it and agreed that it wasn't a penalty. And he said as did Mark whatsit, that they have to be sure that it is a penalty. So no, it wasn't a mistake it was that cheating twerp Clattenburg once more having it in for City.

You would like to think that after another match involving clattenberg that the club would request that he does not be considered for our games for the foreseeable future, having said that they would most likely put another dodgy cnut in charge like the bald fucker east...

Got me thinking would he have gave the penalty if it was Zabba or Kompany who the ball struck rather than Sterling.
Bent twat.

I agree the media are certainly bias against us but the following needs to be said:

It's tedious to read after every game nutjobs on here saying the game is rigged by the league and the refs, they don't want us to win the league blah blah blah, it's cringeworthy. The reason many give for the league not wanting us to win is that they will lose loads of money as we aren't an "establishment team". Well we are more global team than Spurs and far more global than Leicester fucking City! It just smashed their conspiracy to smithereens. The refs are incompetent rather than bias, some on here love playing the victim and it's fucking embarrassing.

We've won the league twice recently.

There's no corruption aiming to stop us being successful this year, just a horrible, woeful standard of refereeing. We've definitely been shafted more often than not this season but amongst that we've just played shite too.

So who exactly do you think doesn't want us to win the league? And why?

And how do you explain 5 years of finishing in the top 2? Can you name me any examples of this so-called corruption in 2012/13 and 2014/15 when we were easily beaten to the title?

Get over yourself mate.

Do you mean the Everton game where the ball was out but the lino didn't spot it and we scored? Corruption too?

Ref was shite today not bias, ruined a good game with a pathetic decision.

well that's a really intelligent post but your assertion that that decision is just a mistake, rather than bent, tells me you must have been watching football for about 2 seasons max.

It's a lot easier to stick your head in the sand and claim corruption than it is to admit just how much we've fucked it up this season. Close to £200 million spent in 2015 and we could soon find ourselves 12 points behind Leicester City, a team who were rock bottom a year ago.

Bollox mate.
There is no conspiracy , we are simply suffering from incompetent refereeing against us game after game after game, despite our shit form.
