I'm convinced its football pundits in general. They are mostly illiterate, and largely biased. Its the same with sky, bbc and itv.

BT cover the rugby really well. Sky cover most other sports pretty well. But with the football, they both seem to be looking for a reaction rather than intelligent comment.

Yep 100% agreed, BT's coverage is abysmal from the pip squeak and biased Owen to utter twats like Ferdinand. Surely the idea of coverage is to analyse objectively and show no bias and give the viewers fair comments on the game.
But far to often it's full of snide remarks and utter bullshit.

One reason i wouldnt watch BT Sport , their pundits are all chip on the shoulder ex Rags & Dippers , hilarious that the 2 giants of English football are miles behind us and have been for a few years , and are extremely unlikely to see either of the "giants" competing in the Champs league in the future , Europa league is the the Rags and Dippers level , hope Wio zip mouth , keeps his Thursday nights free for the forseeable.

Punditry should be about an ex-pro giving some expert insight into the way a team plays or players play.
Trouble is the raft of ex-pro's paraded on our media at the moment are lazy, biased or just plain jealous.
The situation is not helped that the broadcaster are woefully biased and lazy in what they are reporting on.
It really does rankle me that for the last few days/weeks now we have had to endure pathetically misleading journalism regarding City. How broadcasters can keep peddling the "City should not struggle to put out a team given the strength of their squad" is bizarre.
