"We fight to the end", "We never give up" etc

I have no problem with Vinny and indeed ferandiniho talking us up as neither of them are ever found wanting in the heat of battle . the problem is some of the other players aren't prepared to do the same. Better than coming out with pellegrini usual waffle" we must continue to improve". We could hardly get much fkn worse.

This doesn't apply to the last two years, in fact its the complete opposite.

I just think most players live in a bubble that makes them so far removed from public opinion and general every day life.

If you train, come home, chill, eat and live in Prestbury or Alderley Edge, at what stage do you come into contact with reality, any sort of actual critique?

These guys are like racehorses, if they aren't sleeping, they are fucking or eating.

Every facet of their life is catered for by the club, they don't actually come into contact with much negativity.

And certainly not our foreign contingent. They are detached.

I've been saying it for years, the club treat them like some kind of god. You cant get anywhere near them these days. I was at a restaurant in Hale a couple of weeks back and Demichelis pulled up outside, Didnt get out of his car the waiter went to the car and took his order. He didnt want to go in the restaurant because City had lost that day.
They piss and shit exactly the same as the rest of us so stop treating them like gods.. they are fuckin footballers and extremely priviledged to be doing that job !!

I'd be a great racehorse :-)

In 2012 it was the United-players coming out with trash comments like that. We kept quiet and the final result will live long in our memories.
Now our players are doing the same, speaking out about unrealistic targets when based on recent results and form. When instead they should simply zipp it, and speak with their feet by trying to get at least a winning streak together for a change. This way it feels like they think the fans are stupid. And it's an arrogant attitude towards teams who are allowed to talk about winning the title i.e. Leicester and Spurs. Our players should show some respect to them as they fully deserve where they are now.

I agree with what you're saying about them not being gods, but in fairness he probably just wanted to get food and go home and eat in peace without getting harassed for anything. I think Demi is one of the more down to earth lads

Every time one of players opens up their trap these days it comes back to bite them.

Do they care about the pathetic displays and pathetic results since round 5 of this year?

They will find out in the summer what others think about them?

No one is off limits.

I'm happy with a pot noodle and a wank these days.
