I wouldn't call Otamendi trash, but seriously he screws up more in one game than Pique does in a month. Pique has calm, something that most all of our CBs could use.

PSV the same side who knocked out united. Madrid weren't great in that tie but still got through. Doesn't mean they aren't a great team by not scoring. Teams can drop any points anywhere doesn't prove anything. Atletico are still one of the best teams in Europe.

Spain has 3 in quarters of champions league and 3 in Europa. That says it all when it comes to quality of the leagues.

Premier league is in a poor state right now and it needs to change going forward as right now we don't have enough teams who can even compete in Europe. Which is the true measurement of quality of a league

I think many people who 'study' football just rely on stats or what Guilleme Ballague tells them rather than take different situations into account, such as the FACT that Mascherano plays cb for Barca & would frighten any Premier League team to death if played regularly in that position here.
