I'm convinced it was pellegrini and the club were caught off guard and rushed a copy of the details out to the waiting press, in fact quiet a few sat around me thought the same. Who knows.

That's what I suspected and if it is the case then his pride was obviously damaged and he should never have been allowed to continue.
