I come to talk to other blues about issues affecting our club. However authoritarian, or not, the mods are has no bearing on it.

I make this suggestion tongue in cheek but not wholly - how about electing mods based on a members vote ? Open disclosure of banning instances and reasons for bans would ensure mods were judged on their records and not arbitrarily chosen by King Blue Moon. They could even post video presentations informing us why they would make good moderators and urging us to vote for them. Such an election could take place in summer giving us members a real focal point to hone in on during the close season. I might even run for election myself.

i think the last time we were locked in there was 'the munich memorable game' - and that backfired.

Being locked in at any ground usually makes you more vulnerable - far better being let out, head down do your own thing.

So, IMo, no need to lock anyone in

Just read that those arrested are still in custody. Can you imagine going to the game. Getting arrested. Spending 24 hours in jail so far and having to miss work today. Horrendous.

Absolute fucking bollocks. 45 years I have been doing aways and some of the indiscriminate shit handed out to innocent football fans from our police force has been truly shocking. At least football fans pay to go to football matches, the police get paid to go, it is their job, and a lot of them are fucking awful at it, always have been

Yes agree but having to phone your boss and say I can't come in etc etc. what a ball ache it would be - and if you have punched someone you could quite easily get community service I would imagine?

I can't imagine anyone would still be in custody unless there was something else they'd done. I'd be surprised if they weren't mostly out last night.
