So. Should the club be studying, in depth, how Leicester have got where they are this season? Whatever formula they have adopted, it has worked whether they win the title or not, as they appear to be a different team this season. Injuries (or lack of them), stable side, stable gameplan, and now it appears, developing the knack of winning games 1-0. I think maybe Greece won the 2004 Euros with a similar plan, unfancied and against all expectations. So, lads and lasses, what should the club, and we the fans, learn from this unexpected outcome?

That's a very technical question really...

Their lack of injuries is astonishing.
Regular lineup.
They work their bollocks off the whole game.
Mahrez and Kante are quality.
Journeymen are having freakish great seasons.
A lot of luck in a lot of games.
A decent manager who is motivating and tactically adept.

Adds up to a one in a thousand season for a team like this coupled with the top teams being shite.

For a starter, their manager stays late nights watching tapes of opponents.
Where as I am not convinced Pelle even owns a VCR.

The day our club has to learn from Leicester will be a very sad day! Leicester will be in a relegation battle next season and humiliated in Europe!

Leicester have had a totally different season to us and there are no lessons to be learned other than working your bollocks off, playing for each other, learning how to take a dive, hoof it and score when you get your chance.

Im the first to congratulate them but had they had our injuries, our fixture list, our pressure in games etc they would also be feeling the same sort of pain right now and id wager wouldn't be sat top of the league.

Lot of bitterness towards Leicester I see, nice to see sportsmanship is alive and well. The players actually seem to care and have a decent manager who possesses a personality. Fans have done a good job also. I hope they win it this year.

Completely agree with this but we have no lessons we need to learn from them as we have had a very different season to them.

Next year will see them in the CL, rightly so but i think they will then realise what its like trying to balance the league, domestic cups as well as the biggest tournament in football most weeks.

No. People won't like this answer but we need to study what fergie did when his championship winning side was old and out of sorts before he rebuilt his side around ronaldo, Rooney, tevez etc.

Leicester, to their credit, can teach us that hard work within a balanced side can achieve a lot.

It's also important to look at our own failings to learn how to improve in the future! I've just commented on this in another thread but next time we win the league let's not fuck up our player recruitment straight after it. First target let's rebuild a championship winning side, then from their let's build a side truly capable of winning the CL!
