What then has happened to our magnificent support
Every time we approach difficult times we seem to self impload !
Did you join Manchester City for glory or where you here for the full duration.
I have never witnessed such abject negativity.

I love my club truly I do and want nothing but success but is that feasible is it the real world.

On an away trip I saw a banner at Salzburg overhanging the river Saltash and it said
"Some might say we will find a brighter day"
Until that day arrives please enjoy this ride and if it's not to be then so be it eh

I don't expect guaranteed wins as suggested. What I do expect is at least some level of effort from the players and some appreciation from the club towards the fans who have shown so much loyalty over the years.

Some fans have forgotten our past within a few seasons..think we are entitled to win every game and cry like bitches when we don't

Personally I wouldn't give a fuck if we were relegated..I'd still be here..yet here we are..4th in the table..last 8 of the CL and a cup already in the bag

I can take a defeat when the Team has put an effort in and fought for the cause, but when they come out and stroll about the pitch making no effort and not giving a shit and we get beat then I weep and I've got every right too so have we all.

With an atmosphere on Sunday, it would have felt like the lads put in a decent second half performance!

It must be a poor experience for our younger fans going to the ground and hearing nothing but whingeing.

i call bullshit, i`d still be here support my team, but to say you wouldnt give a fuck if we were relegated is bollox. i`d be devastated for weeks and i`d say anyone who cares anything about the club would be too. but i`d still by my season ticket.

It is nothing new this negativity it is in our DNA, we are fatalists, we moan, we are the polar opposite of the deluded 'it's our year' Scousers or the smug cocky ' nitid fan, we by nature expect it all to go tits up and 'typical City' to rear its ugly head. I first went in 1979 and nothing has changed throughout the following 37 years despite the recent silverware.
 
i stopped going for half a season the day after we beat ipswich one tuesday night to go top of the old 1st division. i was feed up of the turgid shite i was watching it hurt me not to go more than it hurt city or bill taylor who had us player shite to watch football.
