I don't like the way UEFA operates but everything you have just said is reason to want us to win it all that bit more. I would love us to be kings of Europe. How it would hurt the establishment and how it would live in our memories. Plus as City fans, we can't talk about others being money-obsessed with the amount of money that has been thrown at our club in the last 8 years. I agreed with you last week about ticket prices for the game, however.

Come on, thats why we have to win! To stick it to them! What exactly do you want? Mediocrity? Cheer up man, we are getting pep, we just got a great result and we have kdb and aguero, the two best players in the league by a mile. This is where the fans show the club that we matter. If we dont get behind the lads now, why would they care? They will look to the tourists, because we wont show up!
 
never as nervous before a CL game but once we kick off i just want to win as much as any other game a celebrate a goal and win like mad, call me sad and that i shouldn't give a fuck about them but a huge part of me loves us doing well in this comp cos i know it fucking kills those red twats, they are shitting themselves in case we win in

What does being a mod have to do with anything? I'm entitled to express my opinion like any other poster. The club is slowly but surely becoming everything we've always hated about the rags. And our fans are becoming the arrogant, entitled bunch their fans are. City, City ra ra ra.

genuine question, if at the start of the season someone said you can win the league cup or the CL you would have picked the league cup ?

Yeah i agree with lots of that. But it was the European cup before Eufa rebranded it and i don't care about those political office wallies anyway. To me it will always be the European cup. If City win it or progress further I'll be pleased as punch. I don't let those buffoons occupy my mind..City for me is about a great club, community work, helping kids, building bridges etc. The further City go the more our great fans spread the word of fair play and enjoyment. Forget those corrupt greedy weirdos matey. Enjoy yourself. Up the blues.
