(Atmosphere) don't let them never say we don't have any

Well it did to mine!!! Both when I was there last night and joined in and again just now when I watched that. So if it didn't bring a tear to Mills' eye I've made up for it!! :-)

Yer not the guy who I was standing next to at the Stoke final. He didn't half blubber on the final whistle. His little lad and me had a bit of a smile about it!

media / talkshite / BT / Sky always talk shite.. Come in the south stand and have a listen, see the best display ever seen in England for a CL match.. Soon see when BT / Sky show the clips from the above video to advertise the CL next year..Last night was mint.

Wrong gender DEBE, I'm the old woman on the front row of the CB L1 and at most away matches on the front row as well. So I can get away with the crying!! ;-) :-)

The display was the best thing of the night imo. Atmosphere was great for the first ten minutes and then it was poor, it's down to the match and team performance .. Didnt give us much to shout about .. first shot on target on the 92nd minute

Talksport and all the medias love having a go at our atmosphere and generally talk-shite but we got to be realistic, it wasn't a good atmosphere for a large part of the match. I was in 115 last night and there were only 50 people singing constantly ...

Sitting (or standing at the time) in EL304, dutifully waving my new Christmas wrapping paper on a stick, I couldn't see the message Certainly looks impressive taken from the CB stand.

Did McPointalot comment on the 3 fans near me who weren't waving their flags? That was disgraceful.

Singing constantly isn't really my cup of tea. I like a mix of noise. Singing, shouting, clapping etc. I like the rise and fall of crowd noise. Singing constantly is what some of the European fans do and whilst they make lot of noise, they seem dis-engaged from the actual game. It did get a bit quiet in the second half when RM started to get on top. But that's not really surprising it was so tense. It went quiet at anfield when they played Dortmund when they were two down, built to crescendo when they started the comeback. The way the game unfolds inevitably affects the noise levels.

The game can affect the atmosphere but we as fans have to understand how to play our part. It was clear after 60 mins that 0-0 was not at all a bad result and not conceding was a must - no god it being flat we should have been behind them more. Getting out at 0-0 was not a bad result

I wish people would stop getting so wound up about atmosphere in the ground. Last night was fine, we only had one shot on target in a tight first leg match so it was never going to get rocking unless we had scored a couple of goals. I made the mistake of listening to those two plonkers Cundy & the cockney Utd bloke on talksquit on the way home, and they were really trying to bait City fans with regards the atmosphere in the ground. Don't bite folks, that's what they want!
