100% focus from our 11 v Southampton & any subs that come on.
We play to win. Be professional.

I reckon he'll rest aguero, dino clichy and komps. maybe even kev. don't forget the guy is a loon.
That's every worst case scenario though. It'll be fine. Don't panic. ;-)That means we need at minimum a draw tomorrow to keep a chance of top 3 in our grasp. Otherwise Arsenal can come for a draw and all but qualify if we mess up at Southampton.
But I suspect we will have so much distraction on our minds that it will be hard to be focused tomorrow.
On a game we need something out of. Even more so if United beat Leicester tomorrow.
And it is one that now is pretty well an absolute must win - too - for Southampton given West Ham's result. And potentially by the time we play United's and Liverpool's.
Playing anything but our best team tomorrow is asking for trouble. But we all expect that this is just what we will do.
Let us hope that those players do have one last hurrah in them. Hope someone offers them a great bonus for the win. A Lamborghini each perhaps.
Ah fair enough... well even still game in hand 59 points they win tomorrow(which I don't think they will and they still have West Ham away to come too... I see at least one loss for them there personally) that puts them at 62 us 64 we can draw tomorrow even if they do win that and their game in hand. I was simply saying it's them that has it all to do they need things to go drastically wrong for us and them win all their games if they want 4th which isn't half as likely as some of the flappers are making out. We're in a good position in the sense that we will know their result before we kick off if they do manage to win somehow then we will probably field a stronger team to get a win(we should do that anyway but if they lose or draw I could understand resting a few players)."I dunno why some are panicking so much about 4th we can afford to draw the game and lose to Arsenal and still finish fourth... they aint making up that goal difference."
I think you need to check the league table again...
Bayern, Athletico and Real all rested several players during this weekend matches.I reckon he'll rest aguero, dino clichy and komps. maybe even kev. don't forget the guy is a loon.

had he played the right teams earlier in the season he could have had both. He's in a difficult position.
Where do his priorities lie?
Make top 4 or potentially make history.

Just because some of his decisions are naive or rigid doesn't mean everything he does is rubbish. This is the champions league final at stake, and we are in with a good chance.
The risk is in fact that he does play aguero and kdb, they were visibly knackered by the end of the first leg and no way can they be at 100% recovery for next week if they play Sunday as well.
Somewhat melodramatic. Did you see how piss poor Arsenal played today?Well the margin for error is minimal now.
The fact that were in this position and the fact that this thread exists is unbelievable if were honest.
Too many shit performances, injuries and abysmal games vs the teams at the top mean that our hopes hang by a thread.
Tomorrow is more important than Wednesday but I fear MP will ride roughshot with his team tomorrow and by next Sunday we could be staring down the proverbial barrel

Yes it could easily go wrong but isn't this why we support this team and invest so much time, money and emotion, for these very opportunities? I hope we rest most of the team and give everything on Wednesday. The alternative? Play full strength tomorrow-maybe still lose and pick up injuries and/or leave the team short of energy against Madrid. As I said elsewhere there is no point finishing top 4 if when given the chance to go all the way we don't give ourselves the best possible chance.Yes but unlike their annual surrender when they play the Rags they always turn up for us.
My fear is we come unstuck tomorrow, get taken to extra time Wednesday and it could go horribly wrong.
