My DD hasn't been taken this month 'May' , is there a payment due this month or was it over 10 months? I can't remember what they said.

There isn't one, it was over 10 months - the next one (for next season) should be July

It was over 10 months. Last one was in April.

It isn't due at the moment. For me the last payment was in April. Payments for next season will likely start in July.

Does anyone know if I can change my direct debit from 4 months to 10 online? I had a look today but to no avail

Logon to your account, select My Account then Direct Debit from the left hand menu. It appears to default to 4 payments even if like me you had 10 payments last season. There's a dropdown box there, select 10 monthly instalments 16/17. That seems to default to payment on 1st of the month but there's no option for mid-month, which mine was last season.Does anyone know if I can change my direct debit from 4 months to 10 online?
