Yes we should have had a go but at that stage the players were knackered having bust their bollocks for 70 minutes trying to maintain a shape to keep them out and getting no relief as DeBruyne, Aguero and Yaya kept losing possession cheaply every time we managed to get hold of the ball.

I think this is the cold hard fact that's just slapped Manuel in the choppers like a cold wet mackerel!As the saying goes, there are lies, damn lies and statistics. Stats can be made to mean anything. The only stat that counts is that we are struggling to scrape enough points together to get a playoff place for the CL.
