I was just too stubborn to ever be governed
Team supported
ABU & The Bus Wreckers
Had an e-mail from the Club asking me how I feel about them, any body else had it?

Said I was disappointed with the team, the manager and the director of football.

Also said I felt more distant from the Club than previously and that I felt we had given too much attention to the Champions League to the detriment of the Premier League.

Was also critical of the half time entertainment (naff) and the price of food and beverages.

I hope more of you get a chance to answer the survey so we can see if the Club actually take any notice of our concerns.

I gave the same responses as you mainly.
Whinged about the pricing of tickets/food and the lack of engagement from those who run the club.

Complete waste of time these surveys. Still filled it in, though.

Told them their ticket office is unfit for purpose and went with 4 out of ten for all the scores.

Yes I have had and completed the same survey.

Similar comments to you, main gripe is the disconnect I see from the CEO.

He thinks of us as customers , when we aren`t ,we are fans and should be treated as such. I asked for a face to face forum to be set up where we the fans and senior board members could exchange views openly.

I live in hope!!!

I gave the same feedback and in a very blunt way too!

Doesn't matter how many of us ask for this in these surveys @Alan Oakes Shinpads they won't pay any attention unless they can monetize it.

Ideally POB meetings would come back and we'd be able to direct questions to the people who sail the ship.

I doubt this will return however as they are too busy on aeroplanes to ever worry about the Manchester Boat.

I slated lots of things in answer to the questions asked, it wont do any good as they'll ignore it and continue to alienate the hardcore fan base and try to attract new 'customers' to the theatre the match day has become

I put we need more fan interaction from the entertainment. I've recommended fanzone and that other div to start stands singing songs. Brilliant that was

The best thing about this survey is at least they are treating you as if you have some base level of intelligence. The last few "surveys" have been made up of leading questions and tricks to lead you in to telling them the maximum amount of money they can squeeze out of you. At least this survey allowed you to give genuine feedback and be honest.

As other's have said, I highlighted my feeling of increasing disconnect from the club, particularly from the CEO who seemingly doesn't give too much of a toss for our core fan base.

I commended them on the badge consultation which I thought was a great move by the club. And I am optimistic about the future with the best manager in the world arriving and a hopefully a significant transfer budget to help him reshape the squad.

Personal bug bear of mine is the changing identity every single season with the kit. Blue shorts, white socks and all sorts of silly gimmicks. The history and identity of the club should be respected, and it's definitely time for a Cityzens consultation on our core home colours that should be set in stone. Blue shirts and white shorts should be non-negotiable in my view, and I think the overwhelming majority of blues would agree if they were allowed to express their views in a consultation.

It's a load of bollocks these surveys, not enough supporter presence or notice to be taken of the answers given IMO, I told them that.

Do they ever publish the results? If not, it's impossible to know whether they have taken the views onboard or not.

For every one that said the half time entertainment was poor, there may have been 10 saying they loved it so to some it would appear they haven't taken their views onboard when in reality it was that their view wasn't in the majority. I don't see why they would send the survey at all if they are going to ignore the results of it.

Really? I hadn't noticed. :)

And sadly you'll die disappointed.
