I completed the survey.
Like several on here, I feel more distant from the club than last year (and I was not happy at the end of that).
I don't think the club will ignore the survey. First of all, I suspect the questions are asked to reflect concerns on their part (e.g. that supporters are disenchanted). Second, why do the survey just to ignore it; not worth the effort or thinking about the questions. Third, the badge consultation suggests that the club does take notice. Fourth, I have gained the impression from Danny Wilson that they do care.
Even if you look at it on a cynical level (i.e. commerciality) then there are reasons to believe the club gives real consideration to what is said. The aim in expanding the stadium is to have a larger, semi permanent, fan base buying SC's. That is less likely if fans feel disconnected and if they feel the football (let alone the 'match day experience') has been poor. One of the features likely to sell their brand is fans who are enthused and so extoll the virtues of supporting the club.
I can't imagine a clearer message to the club than the number who remained after the last home game and (from this thread at least) the response to the survey.
I did however say that I was optimistic, and I am because of the arrival of Pep.
