I think the fact that we are clearly after pogba and that its such a 50/50 chance of getting him means that we will have a back up plan if we dont get pogba.....all involved in tge transfer will know its such a huge transfer and that they clearly know we need midfield reinforcements besides gudongan and pogba is that person...but they will have a plan b surely knowing how difficult pogba would be
 
We badly need to sign another midfield player. Gundogan's best case for returning to training is end of August/early September and that will only be light training. He won't be ready to play a proper role for us until October/November so whose gonna play there while we wait?
