Think it will be tight but I think leave. I don't have any strong leaning either way but I would guess leave 52% remain 48%.

I'm in shock it is actually leave.

Still reckon we'll be about 60-40 to remain, with less than 10% of polling areas voting leave.

I think so yes, they are useless and mean nothing anyway, they serve imo only as a tool for one side or another.
It pollutes the decision making of many a man on the street on the basis of nothing more than "hmm maybe i should jost not vote as my side is getting hammered in xyz poll"

Been banned from the other one for having a pop at Random J (apologies - it was tongue in cheek) but will answer Fantasty islands question here.

Most of our developments are sold to China and the Middle East so a weaker pound is not a bad thing for our business. We sell very little to mainland Europe.

My buy to let investments are not heavily geared and I have no intention of ever selling and paying huge capital gains - they will pass to my kids as an income stream. So they will be largely uneffaced. I can cope with an interest rise even at 6% (which I think is years off) so they should be fine.

I sold all my shares last week and held cash just to see what would happen.

Honest opinion I think it is all overstated. As my Dad said to me last night - "they should have lived in Collyhurst in the 1940s and then they would know poverty, its all a load of bollox" - think he is not far wrong.

I could be completely wrong and we will stagnate for years but I just don't see it - we need a strong PM now to drive us through this. Please god it is Boris.

I went to bed and you gov were shouting a narrow remain victory, so I thought fine, I'd go with that, we reamain in the status quo happy days, I woke up at 4am half an hour before the BBC called a leave victory and I couldn't believe how much the tables had turned.

I now have 1% faith in politictions....was convinced it would be rigged to stay.If they can stop lying, and doing everything for themselves rather than the people they supposedly represent then even better..... but won't hold my breath!
