I'm not just talking about divisions between races, which are, to some extent, acute - but most probably managable, because there are laws to ameliorate racism; but rather class divisions, which could very well be endemic and much more difficult to contain imo. If a period of economic hardship follows from this vote, large numbers of the professional middle classes will (somewhat unfairly) blame it on the white working classes who delivered this result, an attitude which is arguably impossible to legislate against. I'm already starting to see signs of it, from people who I wouldn't have expected it from. Once that view becomes widely acceptable to be held, it will further damage social cohesion and make this country a much less pleasant one to live in.You may end up being correct in your assumption but let's be fair that is all it is at the moment an assumption,
