I still give my Spurs friend shit that they paid for Willian's flight over. I don't get terribly worked up over transfer u-turns, but to be fair I'd be fucking irate if we flew someone over and he hopped in a different taxi when he landed :)

Not too bothered about this, to be honest. I'm a City fan. Other club's transfers rarely concern me in the slighest.
The only downside is the impact on our pursuit of Kroos, if that is even a thing rather than idle speculation.
I'm confident Pep is good enough to win the league. That's all I need.

Great job avoiding Pogba for silly money. Hes still very raw and he's very inconsistent, with patience and good scouting better could be found for a quarter of the price.

if he goes there, he's not going for footballing reasons, and it's not his first choice, so the enthusiasm isn't there.
if he goes there, he has to play under Mourinho, who will expect him to run around endlessly and stifle his creative talents.
if he goes there, nobody is going to pay what it would take to take him away from the Rags, so he'd be stuck there until an offer from China came in, thus ruining his career.

So, somehow I'm not worried.
