Probably worked off a premise of real life and the Cosby show (:

Ray's son has me in stitches, wants to follow in the old mans footsteps, excellent character development!!!

Can't wait to watch the next episode already.

Watched and enjoyed the first couple of episodes of Roadies. Anyone who enjoyed the film Almost Famous should like this as it's also created by Cameron Crowe and has a similar feel. Follows the backstage crew for a successful rock group as they are on tout in the States. Luke Wilson, Carla Gugino, Imogen Poots star.

Any British crime dramas that I might have missed that are worth watching?
The Bill, Thin Blue line etc. I haven't seen those and don't know if thety were any good. Not sure what else I've missed. Happy valley is another one that I have heard is decent.
I've probably seen most of the newer ones like Luther, Broadchurch, The Fall etc. . Just watched The Driver recently and enjoyed that.

This is up there with the best cop tv shows I've watched.

The story of an inner-city Los Angeles police precinct where some of the cops aren't above breaking the rules or working against their associates to both keep the streets safe and their self-interests intact.

People have recommended this line of duty bbc crime drama. People on here even said its better than Luther. I'm a few episodes in and not overly impressed yet nothing on Luther anyway

Had never watched it until about a year ago when I was on a night out with the other half and a bunch of her friends were all dressed up as different incarnations of Mac(character in the show), so started watching whilst hungover the next day...It's amazing.
