According to L'Equipe they are signing him for £100m, paying £18.4m to his agent and paying him £220,000 pw after tax for five years. That equates to £211.760,00.

Really? Other than the title, which I assumed was down to the publishers, I thought that was a good book.

Does this constitute "buying the league" or "distorting the market/ruining football" maybe as it is utd... "bringing the boy home" or "a good investment that demonstrates utd still have considerable allure as a top club". Ok ok, well at least let it be known it is now legal to murder any utd fan that ever accuses a City fan of the two former possible options above :-D

He should improve them, hope squad politics see's Mourinho juggling hot coals and knives though for a good laugh. The fee is just stupid though imo.
Neymar and Messi can command these numbers, maybe a couple of others but i just don't see Pogba in that bracket, yet at least.

Some articles also saying that there a few bonuses on top of the 120 mill. So the fee is a bit debatable. Definitely not less than 100 million pounds though. INSANE.
 
Piss myself if he doesn't sign after all the PR leaks via their preferred media outlets which give us a day by day update of the deal. Is Pogba and his agent playing the rags for fools given that he has already put two of his players there this summer. Surely not?

I don't see how you can be a City fan and not hate them, and vice versa

I always think long and hard about the question if you could choose between City being Champions and Utd finishing 2nd, and City finishing 2nd, and Utd getting relegated, which would you choose? A lot of City fans would go for the 2nd. I'm not saying what I would go for. Ask me one day, I'd say one thing, ask me the next and I'd say the other.

It's no wonder, they're the only runner in a one horse race. Having said that everyone knows Pogba wants Real & the fact that Pogba still hasn't signed when there's only ManUre sat a the roulette table speaks volumes........
 
It is clear that the rags are willing to meet any valuation, wages and agents fees to get this deal done. He wants Madrid. If he didn't he would have already gone.

His ultimate goal is to play for Real under Zidane surely, going to the rags this year puts that back years. Potentially forever. Big choice for him, I would stay at juve until Real sort out the cash.
