If Kompany is fit enough to sit on the bench he's fit enough to start.
Really looking forward to the season though, think it's impossible to guess team or formation as it stands but I'm confident Pep gas it covered.

In terms of weeks and the hard graft ahead yes we are. But like most people and pndits I thought we had the best squad last year and it was frittered away by an incompetent manager. Same players, a few quality additions, a few youngsters promoted and above all a half decent manager, you have to admit it could be a decent season.

I doubt we will see a consistent eleven players through most games. But I think Fernandinho and Otamendi are the payers who will make the most appearances next season.

Why didn't we win the league last season? Imo it was poor management, injuries and the announcement

2 of those won't happen this season and hopefully the injuries won't be repeated.. Add into the mix new players.. So what makes us miles away?
