The bold bit is weird. Hart can do it in time, but his time is now?
It means that if we give him all the time in the world he can adapt, but he has to start showing the commitment and desire now to make the changes quickly and not revert back to how he's used to playing.

When signing a player though, your own scouts go out and watch them extensively, putting together pages and pages of information.. We won't sign Ter Stegen or anyone in this window, maybe in January though("Joe's time is now it's not about what happens in 6 or 7 months.")...Between now and January we'll probably go and scout replacement goalkeepers and that's when Joe's future will be decided.

no, because you've never been on the ISS, just like Joe Hart has never been first choice for Pep Guardiola.
You can't be dropped from something you've never been on. Joe Hart in 2013/14 was dropped, he hasn't been dropped now.
