We improved in the second half and Pep responded by immediately bringing on a defensive midfielder for the striker. By the end the players were shattered and running on empty which half explains the long balls I think.

Bravo was a lucky boy IMO but no doubt the victory was fully deserved for that first 40 minutes. De Bruyne was superb.
Bravo nailed the tackle. Left leg on the floor, foot pointing back, right side of the foot winning a great 50:50.

Andy Gray, Ray Wilkins and Ally McCoist all thought it was a brilliant tackle and I agree with them.

Also, you didn't play long balls as you were tired, you did so as your midfield and no 10 are nonexistent. £110m for Pogba? Fucking Pmsl. He couldn't run a tap let alone a derby.

Running on empty? It's 4 games into the fucking season. If they're running on empty then your manager and his staff needed a good fucking bollocking. Oh, the long balls were because Mourinho couldn't think of a way round, of through, us, so he went all '19th century' football.

However, I applaud you for coming on tonight!

They prob were running on empty, they were chasing shadows first half, I'd love to see the stats for how many sprints they put in first half trying to get within 5yrds of the ball. Then their last hurrah at the start of the second half before pep adjusted us and nullified them again.
The long ball was their only option. Couldn't get through or round us.
Pep = god in my eyes

Had a rag text me saying they was out played but city players rolling around on the floor was disgraceful. I'll admit, otamendi does this a lot, but they've got Fellaini who's been caught spitting again. Just another excuse to put aside the result.

My Irish rag mate texted me saying that it was like watching the mens diving team.
This was just as Otta was having his head bandaged up and Bravo was kicked when he was already on the ground by rooney.
I told him it was more like watching the Salford rugby club.

Gray, Wilkins, McCoist? Lol. He overplayed the ball and his studs were showing, nailed on foul anywhere else on the pitch. His reaction afterwards checking to see if Rooney was hurt was very telling too. I don't particularly care about it you deserved the win. Also I seem to remember De Bruyne disappearing in this corresponding fixture last season, being marked out of the game by Rojo of all people. It can happen to any player.

Yay I knew they were shite. The City fan in me always worries. But yep, they really are shite. Can I just give you a bit of advice you dickheads - nah sorry, fuck off

Rooney shouldnt have been on the pitch at that point, and you are crying over a none foul, like it changes the fact you were outplayed on your own patch. Pogba was dominated by Silva, both defensively and offensively he was superior in every way, you cling to last season like we are the same beast, we arent, your lot on the other hand just looked like they did under Moyes and Van Gaal, hopelessly lumping it into the box and hoping it will work out. The longer you make excuses for your anti football the better as far as I am concerned.

Yeah, three players with no ties to City that have a bit of experience behind them. Certainly more than you.

His studs weren't remotely up. He made the tackle with his side foot. You only think it's a foul as he won the ball from Rooney who was doing exactly the same.

Pogba hasn't appeared in any game this season and you've only played one decent team. And we tonked you.

As for last seasons Derby, you may not have noticed but we have improved since then. Pogba is the most expensive player in the world at £110m paid. Fucking joke buy.

Ladies and gentlemen I give you Mr Flying Pig HD

Saw that before, "Pep's ticki tacka bullshit"!
But fairplay, said we played well. I even read first couple of pages on rag cafe and most were saying we were miles better than them.

If it had been reversed i'd still be saying they were shit bastards!

Am just going to leave it there. Congratulations on the win.

Heard one commentator say 'it's as if Manchester United are hosting a Manchester City training session'. Couldn't have put it better myself.

You lost. Get over it. You should be getting used to losing to us by now anyway.

As the ref told your self appointed on-the-field ref at the time, he got the ball. So no foul, anywhere on the pitch.

Bravo was naturally concerned that Shrek may have hurt himself in a tough 50/50 challenge. It's what a lot of players do. Unless you're some thuggish win-at-all-costs type twat that is.
