Lets hope Feyenoord rips them a new one, and then Watford feasts on whatever remains.

Cometh the hour.......

A late, controversial Kuyt winner would be fantastic.....

They've hit the ground running in erevedisie. Granted they were against dodgy teams but 5 wins in 5 with 15 goals, the first game a 5-0 trouncing of Groningen, they're well up for it.

Nah, Memphis will surely play and score a few, he always does against shitty lowland teams like the Dutch and the Belgians iirc.

Difficult one this do we want them to loose tonight or go as far in the tournament as possible and maybe go out in the semis having ruined their league challenge ?

Bang on the money. We need them to struggle and pick up injuries in every round before getting knocked out in the qtrs.

The GPC turned my prior indifference to the rags into sheer and utter loathing after his 'small club mentality', and the 'never in my lifetime' quotes. Before he came along I just disliked them, now I absolutely despise everything about them and their sheep-like followers.
It's also down to the Pisscan that the fall out with the Irish owners led to the Glazers taking over (ha ha!). It's also because of the pisscan that Moyes was given the job, and almost certainly down to him that LVG was given his marching orders because he believed Pep would take over. It's also noticeable that the vile pisscan is still an ever-present spectre at the swamp watching over everything that goes on at the club. Whoever takes over after Peg has gone will also have that grotesque stench of yesterday's man permeating around him too, like his predecessors, Moyes and LVG.

Brilliant!

Actually, I put something similar to this on Ragcafe awhile back & they banned me for life.

No sense of humour at all, over there....

The bitterness on there lately is a joy to behold. Very RAWK like at times.

Surely that's a badge of honour. You need to be in the whole of your health even to look around their forum,
let alone engage with the fockers.

But will they be able to deal with all the long balls from United....you have feel sorry for those Utd. fans who like good football. They must be so sick that City got Guardiola.

I suppose we need them to progress. It's impossible to want them to win, though.

I'd settle for having all the CL terms make the R16.
I want Utd to have 4 unimpressive matches, with maybe 1 win and some draws, meaning they still have to go for it in the last two matches. I'm fine with them failing to qualify as it'll be another dent in their reputation as a 'big club'. Also, it drags them down the Euro rankings some more.

Oh, and Southampton to qualify obviously.

It pains me to say anything positive about the guy but Fergusson was the most successful manager that they have had and for one reason or another he binned off Pogba. On the basis of the last 3 halves of football he has played I am starting to think he may have had a point. He was absoljtely woeful in the derby and tonight he has totally failed to impose himself. He does the odd flick then spends minutes aimlessly wandering around. Doesnt seem arsed
