Does anyone else think that's a bit high or is my understanding of points a little out of sync?
What away games can us on less than 13000 expect a realistic chance of getting a ticket this season in your opinion?

I know this does not answer your question but here is the standard allocation of away tickets at EPL grounds, you can maybe judge how sales will go depending on day, time, location, whether the game is televised or whether the game has high importance (league decide for example) or such like.
Arsenal - 3000 tickets for away fans
Bournemouth - 1500 tickets for away fans, 2000 if required
Burnley - 2414 tickets for away fans
Chelsea - 3000 tickets for away fans
Crystal Palace - 2000 tickets (approx) for away fans
Everton - 3000 tickets for away fans
Hull city - 2510 tickets for away fans
Leicester City - 3000 tickets for away fans
Liverpool - 3000 tickets for away fans
Manure - 3000 tickets for the good guys
Middlesbrough - 3000 tickets for away fans
Southampton - 3300 tickets for away fans
Stoke City - 2800 tickets for away fans
Sunderland - 3000 tickets for away fans
