Word censor

Following on from some feedback we've had, we've decided to slightly change the way word censorship works on the forum.

Some users feel that there is too much profanity on the site, particularly excessive use of the "c-word", whilst others have complained that inconsistent modding on this front makes it difficult to know what's acceptable.

As a result, we've decided to completely censor the word across the site, with the exception of Off Topic. Hopefully this is an acceptable compromise but we'll see how it goes. Any alternative solutions or feedback welcomed.

In the meantime, it'd be appreciated if people don't use various workarounds to bypass the filter! Cheers.
