Celtic game - strict security measures announced (page 34)

They're looking forward to coming here and showing their blue counterparts how to behave so according to many, there won't be any trouble etc. Just a good time

I know at least 30 Celtic fans sitting in the city end for this, friends or friends etc and been told Celtic fans are taking every seat they can
That won't end well.

Hopefully they will just get chucked out like a few Barca fans near us on Tuesday. I can see it getting a bit heated especially if they score.

A very warm welcome from the Celts in Glasgow. The did their City proud.

There are always going to be a few idiots when there's thousands of blokes on the piss all day but hopefully there won't be any serious trouble.

I spoke to the ticket office today and the seats already selected are the ones you're already in. If you choose to select new seats, you are moving your own seat for the game. If you want to buy more tickets, you have to purchase your own first of all (no direct debit will then come out of your account) and then buy extra tickets for your pals.
Thanks for that.

I know a few. But they're going with City fans so not likely to kick off.

I've been amongst the Celtic fans in Glasgow, Dublin and Manchester over the years most of the little trouble I've seen was caused by Celts from England and Ireland. Most of the Scottish lads were just out to see the game and have a good laugh.

I'm not saying the Celtic fans would start it, but if Celtic score first, I can't see it going down well. If we're winning and they get a consolation goal, then that'll be different.

I noticed one of the usual away blocks on level 1 of the South Stand is on sale to City fans. Are Celtic just having all the third tier?

"Little" trouble in Dublin was caused by Derry coming down,Scotch lads that day were excellent

Blocks 317 & 318 in the South Stand 3rd tier now up on the planner
I said when the draw was made it will be a sell out and I still stand by that. There are very few seats together now in all but one block at the family end corner. Since the blocks went on sale late yesterday there have been 100s sold again. Going to be a great atmosphere

Good to see it selling well.

It always makes me laugh the absolute outrage of some when they have to move for a game though.

I get liking the specific view point, although I myself like to move around, but when people call it a disgrace I just find it funny.
