Unlikely City fans

Quick edit after reading other thread

Got a good list of musicians as blues

Noel and Liam
Guigsy (Oasis)
Johnny Marr
Mark E Smith
Ian Curtis
Mike Pickering
Reni
Jim Glennie (James)
Craig Gill and Stephen Holt (Inspirals) :(
Billy Duffy (Cult)
Doves
Tom Ogden and Joe (Blossoms)
Jack Mitchell (Drummer for Johnny Marr)
Cian (Super Furry Animals)
Badly Drawn Boy
Mark Burgess (The Chameleons)

Will Greenwood
England rugby union World Cup winner
Heard him in an interview saying that he was at the QPR match. And despite having won the Rugby World Cup he regarded the Aguero goal as his greatest sporting moment because he was there with his son.

After City played WBA a couple of season's ago Darren Fletcher was seen leaving the Etihad with his son. His lad was in a full City kit, which I thought was highly amusing.

So a City Rock Band:
Bun E Carlos - Drums
Rick Wakeman - Keyboards
Noel Gallagher and Johnny Marr Guitar
Ian Curtis - Vocals

Strange indeed, Not sure that works and still need a bass player...
Doesn't Curley Watts also play guitar?

His son is (or was) at the CFA. Along with Phil Neville's and van Persie's.

I would've thought his son was a bit hairy to be at the CFA

RIP Gilly. Only 44 years old...fucking sad.

You've missed Mark Day, legendary guitarist with the Mondays. I know the rest are rags (apart from Shaun who hates footy) though.

A pretty fkd up list of bands represented to be honest - very indy and very miserable with a bit of baggy thrown in. Do Elbow have any City fans?
