Bravo don't t know what to say.. The last goal sums him up... Its like he says fuck it... I will save my feet only.

Graeme sourness says on BeIN... Pep clearly made is mind before he entered the stadium he wanted Joe out.

Don't want to start another debate on Joe.. He isn't coming back ... But bravo clearly not good enough.

Otmanendi, kolarov not comfortable with 3 at the back. Stones tries and will improve.
 
You got to say kuns tackle was horrific. It was your typical south American challenge, obviously he was frustrated but fuck me that was absolutely diabolical. Fernandinho could have walked away and not get involved. I can't make my mind up if I liked us losing our heads or not. Shows we got some fire in our belly. But we still look a soft touch. A work in progress still and needs to work soon. Sucker punched big time today. Still it's only December.

The young full backs are better for a start, and if Aguero stops missing 4/5 chances we would of been out of site in several games, he needs a challenge, I hope we acquire one.
Bravo is never a keeper, in my life have I never been more nervous as to when the ball is near him. For the amount he saves we may as well play rush goalies. Hart would never have conceded 3 today, through better ability or shouting for cover. As for Koloraov, who the fuck judges him worthy of a good last man. Clichy on my life I will seek you out. Gon doggin a 1 /10 performance, Aguero was on a one for a lack of the Navas spirit, if he showed as much we would of won. Otemendi and the Argie defending school are not good enough for the prem, I would rather have Boyota there.
 
Played much better today but that defence needs a complete overhaul. A quick wing back or centre back and 2 of them goals would have been avoided - simple as that.

Can't see Aguero lasting long under Pep - when he's not on form he really does labour our play and his discipline will cost us.

I don't expect much to happen in the January window but it's time to go out and freshen up this team, if we wait till summer the champions league might not even be there for us.

If KDB scored we would be celebrating a good win however now we're contemplating 3 games without Dinho and Aguero...

P.S the refs a knob.
 
We have to put our chances away, was frustrating today, but we have to remember we are a work in progress. There is a long way to go this season. Be annoyed but keep the faith blues!
 
Conte not wasting any time in getting that squad playing well.

Not Pep's fault.

Txiki and co had a huge plan to bring in Pep but has allowed the squad to have bad players in Otamendi, Clichy, Kolarov, Fernando, Navas etc, hasn't shifted players passed their prime and hasn't fixed problem areas like full backs and DM.
 
This team/squad is more than capable of winning the title. We have some weak areas but so does every title chasing team this season.
 
Fernandinho's red was unfair, or at least the fact that Fabregas only got a yellow was unfair. Aguero's red totally fair.

Finishing was poor from us but really, with video refereeing we'd have won that game.

I think it's absolutely bizarre that Fernando didn't come on after half time. If he had, different result for me.
 
Best manager in the world my arse. He's been found out. Even I could have a go at winning the league with Barca and Bayern. Mancini ohhhhhhhhh

It was pointed out in the pre match thread and also in the discussions int he last few weeks around Kompany and his fitness....

Some people cant stand to see the manager get it wrong but he has done.......you cant play a back 3 with any of those players in as they simply are not good enough.......Ottomendi and Kolarov in particular.

They re only playing cause of Kompanys lack of fitness (on going issues) and cause Pep didnt get the defenders he wanted...btu he in lies the problem......you don't still try to play the way you want with players that cant do it and where it exposes their weaknesses.

MP did it regularly playing yaya in a two

Playing Kolarov in a back 3 when he has no pace, is shit 1vs1 and cant tackle is just asking for trouble

Playing Ottomendi and asking him to play on the front foot (when as early as September Pep himself pointed out that Ottomendi needs to stay on his feet more and stop diving in) - again you get what you deserve...and also when he aint strong enough to cope with Costa (ask yourself about Kompany in the situation for the first goal - does he get beaten - no.....and there are numerous defenders out there that you can say the same for

There goals were simplicity themselves

People cant take the fact that we are getting what we deserve when we play against stronger team ....the same will happen vs chelski and arsenal at least
