Correct, but he can influence a game by giving incorrect decisions or not giving blatant fouls

Taylors display was the best EVER evidence for video referrals I've ever seen - it doesn't matter what the sanctions are or could be post-match - he's done the damage to us - the only way this can improve is with in-game referrals - may be 1 per side per half limit

Its utterly staggering that not one of the debatable penalty decisions have been shown, i mean, look at last week and the way Burnley where shown to have been hard done by, forgetting the offside of course.

Slightly off topic,but I think it was prestwich blue who posted the other day about mourinho and the rags and how the refs are out to get them this season,it was a reporter I think who claimed this and had a connection to the time we got some investigative work done on the refs a few seasons back,I wonder if it's not the rags or mourinho they are out to get but us..
