I just think it's ridiculous that the PGMO appoint him to ref games including either us or United. Who gives a shit if he is an Altrincham fan - proximity bias should stop him being considered.

Pretty much sums it up for me, knew exactly what he was doing, I was surprised it took till the 90th minute for our players to lose it.

I said as the players were coming off at half time 'I can't believe we are winning and the players are managing to keep their heads up'.

Very clever of him to give Fabregas a yellow as well for the slap which of course means he dealt with it so no further action pmsl
