Well, I thought Celtic played well. Wehave come a long way and with the resources at our disposal, we punch above our £25m team cost. Worth more than that now, but that's what it cost and I think we deserve a bit of respect for that.

Hopefully with the money we have made in the CL we can bring in another two good players and take another step forward.
You played well and the result was probably a fair one in the end. City didn't look bothered and a home win would've been harsh. Patrick Roberts doesn't get the playing time he deserves.

Can we have Roberts back please?

Gundogan just top drawer, a level above every other player out there. Nolito also flashed brilliance, as usual. Kids did well.

Cup final for Celtic and they did well. Fair result all round.

Neil Lennon ripping us to shreds on Irish TV, backed up by Kevin Kilbane. Awful, no structure, giving the ball away in dangerous areas, etc etc, blah, blah, blah

Irish tv having a go at team that just played Celtic?

You played well and good luck but our side had never played together and it showed at times.

Some encouraging things....Ilky played well, as did maffeo and nolito

Nacho looking sharp

Sane was poor for vast majority of the game (one great run though which he needs to do a lot more of....looks well short of what we really need - long way to go but he has time but he has to start at some point and he hasn't done it yet and we have seen this before with young talents coming in from other countries (at city and other teams)

Zabba battling as always

Lots of first teamers got a rest

Willy C and fernando-unconvincing

Clichy awful

Peps insistance on playing a back 3 - not convinced by this at all....we were playing much better with a back four in the first part of the season

Fair enough. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Fair dos we did all the hard work already.Played some nice tip tap in parts tonight. Just cant work out Sane at all. Sometimes looks on fire and other times a passenger, overhits passes etc. For me the most exciting thing we have to look forward to is Patrick Roberts in a blue shirt. You can keep your big money signings.

I thought we were awful. Good to see Kelechi looking sharp and scoring while Caballero (the goal apart) and in particular Gundogan played really well. Defensively we are wide open and look all over the show.

Meh! The result and even the performance weren't of great importance tonight. Nice to see a few kids on the pitch.

I tell you what though, this season we've looked in Europe a million miles away from the side that breezed to the semis last year.

Disagreed with Pep's subs for a second game running but it is what it is. Would have liked Foden to at least get a few minutes at the end for the hell of it. Thought it was a little risky to leave Gundogan on there after the yellow so I thought we'd give him a breather for a few. Fernando again showing he's not quite comfortable enough on the ball for a team that presses hard -- we will miss Fernandinho.

As a celtic fan no cup final at all tbh just you kinda think scottish football is shit and it is tbh but your league is not that great either !!!
Might have money but does not make good teams

It would have been nice to build some momentum, but good to see some young ones get a chance. Meh overall.
