The positive thread.

The January transfer window is nearly open and Txiki has a full wallet ;)

If only.

Players we will be wanting wont be available in January unfortunately so its go with what we have until the summer imo.

2 new full backs pretty please!

I'm confident on 2 defenders plus GS is already in the bag.

Ged brannan, laurent charvet and lee bradbury are all out for the watford game.
Its a great time to be a blue.
Always was but you get my point.

In a bad week, City have blown a lead against the champions-elect, and then committed football suicide at the home of the champions.
In the same time frame, Liverpool have lost at Bournemouth and only drawn with West Ham

I await the media hounding of Jurgen Klopp, but won't hold my breath.

We've got 2 - Maffeo and Angelino- give em a chance in a back 4.

This, there is no way they could be doing worse than Kolarov... and Mad Zaba is past it too I am afraid. Need a CB though, Otamendi is shit, as is the Mangler, Kompany is finished and Stones needs more support.

Bloke at work broke my City mug. Before I knew (and could tell him not to worry about it), he'd ordered me a new one. Now my City mug has the new badge on it :)

I sense a player revolt here...

Guardiola's methods are not for premiership football, we don't have the players for it anyway. He came across as really arrogant after the game. KDB at left wing back! Yaya on for Kelechi! The defence is utterly shambolic! It's 24 hours after the event but I'm still seething and I can't be positive.

I'd like to see a more pragmatic approach from now on please.

PS. We won't beat Watford..

weekend was not so bad with spuds losing and dippers drawing - come on pep galvanise those boys and get us 6 points in the next two!!

I really think kidd and arteta should be giving pep some help in dealing with premiership football how teams play there strenghts amd weaknesses . Pep seems like an inteligent man so he will work all this out i am sure of that!

that's the spirit really positive in the positive thread, if you want to spout your negativity there are 100s of threads on bluemoon for that .you also sound a bit ragish

Correct, I didn't mean that. I simply meant that I cannot think of another club globally that's in a more exciting phase of its existance that our club, right now. Of course Barca and Real and Bayern are better at playing footy right now, but they've done it all before and being a fan of one of those clubs must be, dare I say it, a bit boring.

We are on the cusp of becoming one of, if not THE best football clubs on the entire planet. How exciting is that!

Very exciting. But we seem to spend a lot of time on the cusp of something.

Just realistic Peace Frog. We're to easy to play against. Watford have a good coach and they'll look to exploit our lack of physicality at every opportunity. Top four now a massive problem...

If we don't make Europe at all this season I reckon we'd do the domestic treble next season.
