4-1 up. Stoke are crap.. But this season we have looked so vulnerable when attacked at pace. Spurs, Chelsea, Leicester. Just cant see us keeping them out but we are more than capable of scoring as they will be pushing forward
 
Stoke reinforce the need to take your chances against the dippers. They had a great opportunity to go 2 up early doors which would have put a totally different complexion on the game. Pools defence is there to be got at and if we take our chances, i fancy we will get a result.

Nice to see Pep in the crowd.
 
Stoke played as big a part in the Liverpool win as Liverpool did. Think you can credit goals 1,3,4 to Stoke, don't remember 2. Pity because Stoke caused them all sorts of trouble for first 30 minutes.

Liverpool pressured them into making those mistakes. They were trying to offload the ball quickly as they were being closed down and that paid off for Liverpool. We can't afford to piss around with the ball at the back against them or they will force those kinds of mistakes out of us.
 
I know we have not had the best of results against them down there but when i see there team sheet including henderson,can,milner I think there a team that shouldnt be worrying us! I trust pep to have a perfect plan for this game just hope the ref doesnt spoil it!
 
They'll be as cocky as fuck coming in to our game.

I fancy a sick swan with jimmy mercenary red card and Raheem scoring 5 would shut the fuckers up.

Their sum is more than their parts, that's what their current form is showing. We have not been playing to our strengths the last 2 months. We all know what we can do when we hit our ceiling, but the reality is we haven't done it for a while now. It's true that this is all on Pep and how he plays his tactics. Not an easy game considering our current form.
 
Random request but does anyone have a link to highlights of our last win at Anfield back in 2003? Late Anelka winner. Had a quick google search and looked on the BM vid archive but no joy :(
 
Surely to God it's about time we out on a show there, would love to see that cocky piece of shit Sturridge and the greedy bastard Milner with faces like slapped arses at the end.

Even against Hull yesterday we were not that convincing in keeping the ball and passing them fast. We have been playing it very safe in the last few games because we have been making far too many mistakes that have cost us points,.
 
Im glad Pep was there, so he could see firsthand what we are up against on saturday,
and what tactics to use
