At least we've not got long to wait to get things back on track. Back to the formation that served us well at the start of the season.

Bravo

Sagna
Otamendi
Stones
Clichy

Fernandinho
Silva
De Bruyne

Nolito
Sterling
Aguero

This this this and this. If we 'rest' anyone after today's jog around then I'm done!!!!

Balls pumped into our box at every occasion. Willy needs to play in this game. The leagues smallest keeper got found out against Victimpool and was scared to catch the ball!!!!!

From what I have seen of Burnley they will not just sit back and defend because they don't have that mentality.

This should be a fairly open game with lots of chances, let's hope we take ours.

Give Yaya a rest he was back to his ponderous best yesterday.

Right, new year, new start, and we couldn't really ask for a better fixture than this to get the Scouse embarrassment out of our system.

Let's start the year with a damn good beating of Burnley and go on our own unbeaten run to claw back the 10 points. We've done it before, we can do it again. Chelsea will surely get some difficult fixtures soon, they can't keep playing Stoke and Palace; they'll drop points and we'll be there to catch them.

Got Gabriel Jesus now as well, he could be the extra attacking flair we need.

COME ON CITY, WE CAN STILL WIN THIS LEAGUE!!

Expect Pep to fuck around with the team and rest loads again. He will think Burnley will be easy and put the likes of Silva and KDB on the bench

Question.
Do we have the best manager in the world?
If yes -why
If no ?
This is a city forum mate, try rawk or the cafe.
Although yesterday was depressing a 0-1 defeat at klanfieldwill probably not cost us the title points dropped against teams in the bottom half will. Got to win this.

I haven't a clue which City is going to turn up.

One thing is for sure Burnley are a proper team and will run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run......

Well, let's hope they're buggered after the warm up!

At the start of the season one glance at the fixture list would have had this down as an avalanche of goals and a full-team performance. Any takers for that scenario? These are the games that, as I wander up JMW, I wonder how it will pan out, and which ne'er seen before bizarre goal will be conceded early on!

Glad the fixtures come along so soon at this time of year. Chance of a quick recovery.

I'm just going to enjoy this. Lay back. I think the shackles are off us now, we are not winning the league so top 4 is again the priority.

Let's just go out and enjoy our football.

I asked because yesterday was so depressing. A must win v Burnley is not where we should be considering the money we spent.
He has to play Willy in goal. I think the players know how bad Bravo is and it induces defensive mistakes. Will Pep accept it?
