I'd rather spend 90M on our defence.We should sign Alli. Break the world transfer record and sign him. What a statement to every other English club that would be, that we can take any player we want from a rival. And he'd sort our midfield out for the next 10 years.

Yet dippers lost to Burnley and Bournemouth, drew with Sunderland. Spurs have had some silly draws and Chelsea struggled the first month or do of the season. It's about hanging in there whilst not playing great, draw or Spurs win tonight plus other tough games this month brings Chelsea back to everyone. We click, we win it, I'm certain we'll do it still.

Club rivallry aside, a Spuds win to keep the Chavs from pulling further away surely has to be the best result for us at the mo. We've got to be optimistic that we're going to perform better second half of the season, and not settle for anticipating a 4th place scrap.
