Pep has mentioned at least twice now that it's about paperwork. You're lucky you got that much. And if you really care that much about the intricate details you can read through Brazilian reports like I have... hit google translate and make logical translations of the issue between his old club Palmeiras and the third parties involved in the transfer. Ohhh wait it's already been laid out in this thread


What you'll get from City is a shirt being held, a stadium tour, a translated interview and a few snaps on the training ground before millions of questions about when he will play. The end.
 
In Pep's press conference he said the problems were with 'papers' between Palmieras and the FA.

Something stinks if it's the FA who are messing us about. . .

It only needs one to cock things up, it may be multiple parties or just a single.one, it may be us, but frankly we don't know.
I haven't seen City blaming anyone, let's see how things turn out.

It will be the third party ownership, and who is getting paid by who. The FA have rules we have to adhere too, and until the money is paid to those that claim it, the FA wont sign it off.

Funny because these are the same people who ridiculed Alan Shearer last week when he suggested that City would need to sign a striker if they wanted to win the Premier League.

Perhaps Shearer knew something we didn't?

Let’s just hope that Aguero scores a few goals, and doesn’t suffer injury or suspension before it’s all sorted.

Or maybe Third Party Ownership is ridiculously complex and the club simply need time to get what they need done. It's not the end of the world, more time for integration.
