Sounds like low gas/air ratio is out that's why it's got worse when they've turned temperature down. I take it it's a condensing boiler? Gas valve will need adjusting by a gas engineer

After Guy refused to download those books for you, so you had to turn the heating off to pay for them, you are now moaning its making too much noise. I think the 2 things are linked and its all his fault.

When they came and serviced the boiler he turned down the temp on the boiler and said it might make a difference. Tbf it has, it's made it worse.
