Pep's Press Conferences - Watford (A) Post Match (Page 129)

Its obvious to me why we are conceding so he must be able to see it.....surely!!!!!!!!!!!!!......very worrying if he actually believes that he cannot see why

He probably realises its not worth explaining anything to the press - they turn everything he says and does, against him They want him to fail. I really don't think you need to worry about whether he knows why we are conceding.....

If you think we shipped four today only because of him you're deluded.

For the third a decent 'keeper would have tried to save it with his face like Lehmann did a few years back. Bravo turned away, and turned his back on any future with the club if we had an objective manager.

I'm no fan of Bravo and I want him out of the team yesterday, and he should have saved at least one of those today, but the defensive issues we have start in the midfield and run right across the back four before they involve the keeper.

Well I'd start with another keeper and go from there.

The same, resigned, bereft look that Pellegrini had at times today. It could only happen at City, though.

He's cracking for sure. That's the worrying sign if I were a City fan. If you were losing but the manager was positive, upbeat saying "we know we can do better" "expect a response" etc etc. Then all is well.

He seems to be devoid of energy in interviews. I don't know. I don't know him as well as you lot do, so my opinion is almost irrelevant. But that's an outsiders view, if it counts for anything

True the defence were not good but you want a 'keeper to give you a lift now and again. Nic O was poor for the first, played the wide player onside but go no where near Lakaku. The second was a farce and game over. Brad Freidel said even if you know you are beaten you have to at least try, and he was older a the time, Bravo's lack of effort should concern the manager in my opinion.

You have to be incredibly stupid to believe that it comes down to Bravo
Bloody lot Bravo could do with Stones and Clichy passing to opposition to tap into our goal.

Having said that do not think at this moment Pep should be picking Bravo over Willy.
