Well I'm sure going into a boxing ring with Mike Tyson on my side would improve my confidence. I just wouldn't make me a better boxer.

I've been a supporter of Bravo but i think he needs to be pulled from the firing line, I would replace him with Willy as Hart won't be coming back.

The frustrating thing is you can clearly see the benefit of Bravo when things are tight at the back, today there were numerous times when the ball was passed back to him under pressure and never once did I think he was going to fuck up. However stats tell a tale and the goals conceded V shots on target is quite damning.

What really concerns me is that lunchtime today I thought that that back 5 that played today was our strongest and it got abused.

I honestly don't see the benefit of Bravo when things are tight at the back,has it helped us score more goals nope has it helped us concede less nope, more possession for sure but what use is that in our half. I'd gladly swap 70% possession for 4 goals any day of the week though chances are the opposition keeper might actually put his self between ball and net at least once.

It's become quite clear that, in vinnies absence, kolarov and ottamendi are our best cb partnership.

please pep can you not see what every one else can see. you are becoming a laughing stock by continuing to play bravo. we are in the window let him go back to Barcelona. when he comes out for a ball he turns his body sideways instead of making himself big. he has destroyed our season. alternatively if he continues to play him we as a fanbase need to try and get rid of him. I remember us getting rid of swales this guy is just as toxic.

Exactly this. He was an excellent shot stopper but he's not showing any of that now and needs resting for a few weeks. Willy hasn't let us down in over a year.

But it's simply not relevant now because the system we use is not working. We get to the halfway line and are conceding far too many counter attacks at that point. 80%, literally, are ending in goals.

We need a shot stopper. We had the best one on one goalkeeper in the world and he's in Torino. Joe saves the 3rd goal yesterday. Arguably one other.

He has not helped us offensively at all has he. Nothing he was meant to add has been added it seems.

This thread is a sad reflection of how we feel the team are performing, Bravo is awful at the moment, that cannot be denied, its the team as a whole that are failing miserably though, at this level its all about confidence and its evident that Bravo has none. Some people have very bad memories though, he is not the worst keeper we have ever had, he is a good keeper who is playing very badly at the moment and as his confidence is shot, it can only get worse from here. Joe Hart needs to come home, Pep wont do that though as he refuses to adapt. The pressure should be off now as far as the league goes, they need to knuckle down and ensure a top 4 spot, which will be a massive achievement from here...
I'm sure Bravo feels as bad about his performances as we all do, I hope we don't start ripping into him on the pitch..!

Hes been bad since he has been here, its all well and good saying he is a good keeper who is playing badly at the moment but we are City fans who only care about his City performances. Him being the best keeper in the world whilst he was playing for Barca wont help City win the title. If his current form continues, he will go down as one of our worst ever purchases.

He is a City player, we should not be slagging him off when he is on the pitch, ironic cheers when he saves a shot etc etc. His current form will not improve unless he gets his confidence back, its going to be tough, I agree with you on that.

The ironic cheers don't help anyone but the fact it is happening shows you how bad his performances have been.

Pellegrini still have balls to dropped Hart, when he's off form and playing badly.
lost his place to Pantilimon, but Hart come back stronger after that.
i doubt Pep will do the same to his golden boy.
when i look at Everton 3rd goal , i can't remember if Hart ever get chipped at that tight angle,

Dont let that get in the way of the fact that he can pass it maybe 15% better than some other keepers though..
