Sums up how stupid it is. There's also a foreign film maker who is nominated for an Oscar but is unable to attend the ceremony cos of this stupid law he's implemented. Plus the countless at airports stuck being questioned about their beliefs when they have already gone through the rigorous visa scrutiny. It's fucking disgusting to be honest and seeing our Prime Minister getting into bed with such a man makes it all the worse.

MIss Marple had similar problems in the early 80's under Reagan

The tangerine shitgibbon doesn't make Hilary a good candidate. Bernie Sanders should have been first choice.

Bernie Sanders however was not the presidential candidate and since people were all caught up in the bad spirit of baseless accusations, fake information, conspiracy theories, bitterness!!!! because their ''candidate'' did not win the primaries, they opted to vote for harambe or deez nuts or even worse a third party candidate and some even voted for Donald Trump. I am talking about the so called progressives. '''Emails; OK what about the emails?.. ;um emails!!..; yeah I heard you, what about the emails?...um world war three, she will strangle our cats!!! she is the worse thing ever...Trump is even better.'' Absolutely hopeless.

Donald Trump made his intentions ABSOLUTELY CLEAR. He has a white supremacist mentality, he has been brought up that way by his father, he believes in conspiracies, and he wants to take America back to the past under the pretense of '' fighting for working people'' or giving voice to the voice less'' and '' Make America great again'' and all that nonsense and his innuendo hit hard because his ID or perspective reflects how many people think in America.

The point is that the Democrats have nobody to blame but themselves, you refused to turn out to vote and bought into the fake false dilemma about the ''lesser of two evils'' and false equivalency nonsense and NOW people want to protest. Donald Trump is the president and people will have to live with the consequences bad or bad.

Didn't Obama start all this banning from certain countries in 2011 and carried it on with his terrorist travel prevention act in 2015

The whole superdelegate system stinks for me. Choosing the candidate has no association with democracy

Honest question.

Are any of you actually surprised by what's taken place this week?

I'll say it again, this is exactly what the U.S.A. voted for.

The faux outrage from them is somewhat laughable. He told us all he'd do this. Years in advance. It was up to their citizens to act before he was voted in, not throw a tantrum now.

They'll collectively have to live with all of this for the next 10 years, for better or for worse.

375 is not exactly countless.

Condescension ill befits you Len.
What makes you think that she hasn't applied principle with pragmatism? I have no idea of the in depth
details of her talks with him, but I'm relatively certain that it didn't start with a lecture on what a naughty boy he is.
How would you approach it?
First of all don't act with indecent haste by rushing to be the first to visit him. This shows need and desperation.
Then don't compound your error by issuing a grovelling invitation to a state visit. That decision is already beginning to rebound on her.
Try to show a bit more bottle in your answers to difficult questions on differences, at least say we can't agree on everything or if you have to be evasive and you can't think on your feet( she can't) try to prepare yourself in advance for awkward questions. On Mexico she could have said something along the lines of "I hope this situation can be resolved between the USA and Mexico", when she was in Turkey she could have said " I don't agree with the immigration ban, the UK and the U.S. don't always agree on everything". Instead her first reaction was to be seen not to disagree with the Don, and then the later clarification from Downing Street is just a grovelling attempt to distance herself from him in the nicest possible way.
In short cut out the grovelling and fawning. The Don only "respects" strong people.

That is still besides the point. Whether Hilary or Bernie is not the issue here. Hilary was the candidate and won it no matter how people want to spin it. She won the popular vote, won the delegate count and if you distribute the super delegates proportionally then she also wins. It was a clear victory for Clinton.

But here is the point, people on the ''left'' got caught up in the bad spirit of fake accusations as I have said and fake theories- ''Bernie was cheated''... No, he lost hands down, fact. But the same bad spirit consumed the whole election and this grudge played a role in discouraging people not to vote. And now everybody wants to sit behind their desks or keyboard and criticize. You stop Trump by accepting who he is from this start and ensuring that he does not get elected. Now, he is the president and the world will feel it.

I'll bet you a grand Trump isn't president in 10 years.

He doesn't have to be you idiot. Did I say he would be? He can't even legally be so good point there.

Do you think the Mexicans are just going to go "okay cool, America" the day he leaves that office? Are the muslims?

What he's doing this week alone will have decade long ramifications at the least.

Doubt it, I reckon you and he are going to find it the difference between signing executive orders and making things actually happen.

No mate, he was completely cheated out of it. There's undeniable proof of that, and that's why this "Russian hacker" nonsense was truly pushed to the forefront.

Russian based leaks(not hacking) exposed that Clinton had f**ked Sanders over. That's literally all that happened. No one tampered with election counts. No one did anything else at all.

They showed that the DNC had worked amorally to shaft the Sanders team. Then like a week later Bernie's top person gets a top gig with Hilary. C'mon man.

I fully agree with your final point.
