Everton fan here. He's a joy to watch on the ball. His dribbling and close control are top and considering he's not a big guy his strength on the ball is excellent. He does seem to lack that end product/killer instinct infront of goal though.
Watching him he is quite Grealish esq in his play...
Guy who posted it is very reliable for us, but Moyes seems to be gunning for whoever is leaking info to him. So maybe this story has been planted as its a strange one.
Have you seen our players over the last few years. Even if he deteriorated by 50% he would still walk in the team. We are devoid of 'technical' players.
Has he played at all pre season? If not, maybe thats why. If he's match fit he plays so there must be a reason.
Grim lineup from us, not a fullback in sight, Keane like a black cat on his 8th life and still no RW we have needed for about 5 years.
We need some signings.
Im sure they still have to pay him if he's being a dickhead. But surely his job is to train and play football. If he is blatantly refusing to do his job as has been reported (not just moping or doing things half arsed in training, but still training) then im pretty sure there can be some form of...
The lad is a disgrace. As an Everton fan who dislikes the Geordies (but hates that lot) I hope they take a stand.
He was happy to sign a long term deal a couple if years ago. He sould have signed a shorter contract or had his agent get a release clause. Yes he wants to go, yes he may be...
Im delighted we have managed to get him. From the sounds of things with his interview and his brothers social media, he will be given freedom to roam in the no 10 position, get on the ball and try things. Hopefully that responsibility, along with the WC coming up sees him focused and hungry to play.
This guy is reliable for City stuff isnt he? Positive noises from our ITK's in a deal getting close. This would be a huge deal for us if wages were right but obviously a risk we are willing to take. I think he would be a great signing as long as he still has the hunger. Hopefully the prospect of...
I dont think its the fee as much as the huge wages over 4 years if he were to sign permanently. Dibling must be on about £20k. We have only just come out of the 3 year FFP cycle so would be too much of a risk.
Understandable why you would be wanting to not take a hit though. Think this may be a...
Not sure its taking the piss, he is on around £300k a week isnt he? He's not going to take a wage cut so no way we, or 90% of the rest of the PL can afford to buy him.
Be delighted if we sign him. Be technically many levels above anything we have apart from Ndiaye. A very expensive deal for 1 year (talk of £10m)
Hope if it does happen, with it being a WC year he has the hunger to play well and make the squad.
I think we (Everton) would love him to come as he's a top player. The issue is wages as usual with top players. We cant afford £300k a week so would need you to pay at least half of that by the sounds of it. But from your point, can see why you wouldnt want to pay £150k per week for a player to...
